Neil is CLP’s Managing Partner. He has been involved in various large residential and commercial transactions including the purchase of the Carr’s Bentwood Mill site in Atherton from the Alliance Group. Since then Neil has transacted in and completed the purchase of a number of similar Mill sites across the North West.
Neil is from Alderley Edge where he is an active member of the Alderley Edge sports and social club where he tries to not let the socialising distract too much from the sport!

Robert has only just joined the team as our Acquisitions Director. He has over 34 years experience in all aspects of the property business. This includes residential lettings and property sales as well as being a partner in a large building company.
Robert keeps himself busy by playing golf, tennis and ‘5 aside’ football although he is the first to admit that in some cases not very well!

David, our Finance Director, comes from an accountancy background where he has experience of running his own practice for many years. David has worked with Marc and Neil since 2006.
David lives in Swinton, and is interested in music and photography.
